第5万台机器人下线！ABB中国制造进程加速
abb正加速其在持续增长的并联机器人领域的布局
10月10日讯，据悉，abb已于昨日完成对并联机器人提供商codian robotics的收购，该公司主要应用于高精度拾放应用领域。其中，codian robotics的产品包括卫生级产线设计，尤其适用于食品饮料、制药等卫生敏感型行业。通过此项交易，abb正在加速其在持续增长的并联机器人领域的布局。

codian robotics位于荷兰艾德，在拥有20名员工。该公司将继续面向客户直接提供服务。此次收购已于2020年10月1日签署并完成，双方同意不对外透露有关收购的细节。
在并联机器人领域，abb占据优势

众所周知，abb位居，是电力和自动化技术领域的领导企业。

abb致力于帮助电力、工业、交通和基础设施等领域客户业绩，同时降低对环境的影响。abb在工业机器人领域，贵为四大家族之一，在传统的六轴机械手臂上，占有的优势。

在并联机器人领域，也是较早的厂商，其在1998年就发布了专门用于拾料和包装行业的三角式机器人flexpicker，经过完善形成了目前的flexpicker家族，即irb 360系列并联机器人，工作范围有800mm，1130mm和1600mm这3种，负载从1kg～8kg，型号相对少。abb并联机器人没有视觉，市场上的应用大多是跟诸如美国康耐视这样的视觉公司配套合作。

abb并联机器人，目前主要由abb在上海的工厂生产。此外，2018年，abb宣布斥资1.5亿美元在上海建造机器人工厂，预计将于2020年底投入运营，相信在机器人制造成本上会有优势。当然，abb并联机器人一般需要外配视觉，视觉成本比较高，加之较高的品牌溢价，irb 360在市场上的售价也长期居高不下。

收购codian，如虎添翼

abb机器人与离散自动化总裁安世铭（si atiya）表示，我们的收购凸显了我们对突破性技术的关注，这不可以帮助我们的客户充分利用自动化的潜力，而且还能帮助他们在瞬息万变的商业环境中灵。codian robotics的技术和行业知识是对我们一系列食品饮料、制药、服务机器人和物流解决方案的补充，同时也是对abb以机器为的机器人产品的有力支持。

“多年来，我们已经开发了的产品组合。abb的影响力和行业经验将帮助我们在范围内提品。我期待双方共同谱写我们成功故事的新篇章。”codian robotics创始人freek hartman说道。

虽然现在食品饮料行业使用的大多数机器人是针对食品接触应用而设计的，但是codian robotics的产品组合则包含卫生级设计，可成功进行、的食品加工。

安世铭补充表示，产业迫切需要能够确保高卫生标准的拾放机器人，疫情更是加速推动了这一需求。我们的食品饮料、制药和物流行业客户对自动化的潜力非常感兴趣，自动化不能够支持供应链可持续运行，而且还能够保护员工的健康。

未来，abb将能够从同一来源为客户提供更的并联机器人和集成解决方案，同时进一步推进abb以机器为的机器人战略，即将机器自动化和机器人控制集成到同一个平台。

abb机械自动化业务部总裁兼贝加莱董事总经理hans wimmer表示，codian robotics在机械制造商领域拥有非凡的业绩，伴随着我们对这一成功的并联机器人提供商之一的收购，我们未来将能够为和行业的客户提供完全集成的解决方案。

除了abb，发那科和安川也涉猎已久

据悉，工业机器人可以分为串联机器人和并联机器人。在传统的“串联机器人”领域里，一直被人所知的有四大家族：abb，kuka（库卡），发那科，安川。而在 “并联机器人”领域，德国博力实（blizx）并联机器人是这个新兴领域的，而传统的四大家族里，只有abb、发那科和安川有并联机器人，而且都是非业务。

让我们来看看发那科。跟abb类似，发那科在工业机器人领域占有举足轻重的，特别是传统的四轴、六轴串联机器人领域。相比于前面2家企业，发那科在并联机器人的起步比较晚。2009年，发那科推出其代并联机器人m-1ia，也叫拳头机器人一号，其自重只有12kg到20kg，负载只有0.5kg到1kg，机器人的动作范围直径为280mm，高度100mm。随后的2010年和2013年，发那科又推出了m-3ia和m-2ia，将负载到了12kg，运动范围直径到1350mm，采用完全密封的构造以防尘防水性能，并且提供符合食品卫生要求的材料和润滑油，使其能够应用到食品生产中。与abb外配机器视觉不同，发那科并联机器人集成了自己的机器视觉。

而日本的另一家工业机器人巨头—安川也走在前列。安川电机（中国）有限公司是有近100年历史的日本安川电机株式会社全额投资的外商独资企业，于1999年4月在上海注册成立。安川的并不在并联机器人上，因此我们只看到一个型号mpp3s，工作范围直径为800mm，负载能力为3kg，本体重量了95kg，比较笨重。相对来说，在国内市场上也比较少见相关应用。

结语：从几家并联机器人的网站和其他渠道了解到，范围内的很多企业都采用他们的机器人，并联机器人的中市场被他们牢牢占据。

随着中国工业机器人市场需求的不断扩大，各大机器人厂家纷纷入驻中国抢占市场。并联机器人领域同样如此。

abb、发那科这些传统机器人企业很早就进驻中国，德国blizx也于2017年开始进入中国。这些外资品牌凭借着自身的技术优势和欧美的成功应用经验，迅速占据了中国的中市场。近几年来，中国也涌现出了一批并联机器人厂家，借助的优势，抢占了部分中低端市场，但目前还缺乏部件和技术，所以在未来很长一段时间内，还将处于追赶欧美厂家的状态。
